CANCELLATION POLICY​

We appreciate you choosing to book with us at Loughner Massage & Lash Boutique!

Due to our high demand, we require a credit card on file to book an appointment.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.

• Same day reschedules & cancellations will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service.

• After multiple no show/same day cancellations, a non-refundable prepayment of all future services is required.

• Late arrivals will still be taken for whatever duration is remaining in the service. The full price for the time originally marked off will be charged.

• Gift certificates and discounts will be voided or redeemed if a 24 hour cancellation notice is not given.

• There are no refunds on any services, packages, or gift certificates.
